Five minutes. Find your entry point for The Ground Course.
Your answers save privately on your own device. Nothing is sent anywhere.
You test five footholds, in the order your leg rebuilds them: Ground · Withdraw · Roll · Slide · Rise. Each foothold is fully yours, partly yours, or not yet. The first foothold that isn’t fully yours is your entry point.
What you need: a hard floor, a sturdy table or counter to hold, a chair, a sock, and a football or small gym ball.
Tick anything that applies to you. The test adapts.
Pain is data, never a target. Stop if it hurts, and always hold something sturdy.
A swollen, warm or painful calf belongs with your doctor first, before any exercise or test. That isn’t a setback — that’s the right order.
Come back once your doctor has taken a look. The test will be here, and your entry point isn’t going anywhere.
The order is the method. Each foothold goes automatic before the next is added. And before every foot session: ten minutes of arm and hand work. The arm goes first. Then the leg.
